When looking at modifying my eating habits I realized that becoming vegetarian would be the best long term option. My journey to eventually becoming a vegetarian was led by my rapid decline in health. I’m truly thankful that I’m making slow and sure progress to becoming a vegan. Looking at the options I enjoy the way I feel and all of the benefits of having given up meat entirely. My self-discipline has been beyond reproach and I’m giving myself a full year to get off eggs and cheese. I find that cheese is the real hard one to give up.

I thank god for my vitamix. If you like soup or smoothies this is not just a blender it is a real substation for many household items.

I use the kitchen aid mixer to make bread and pizza doe. This is a real indispensable tool.
